A map of the subway for people suffering from claustrophobia was created

The London metro will now become less frightening for those people who suffer from claustrophobia. Recently a map of this type of urban transport was issued, which indicates the lines that pass under ground. Of the 270 London subway stations, only about half are under ground, and Victoria and Waterloo & City lines go deep underground.

Executive Director of charity organization Anxiety UK Nicky Lidbetter said that a trip under ground is very problematic for people suffering from panic attacks and claustrophobia. "The new map is an excellent find for those who would like to avoid trips to the underground sections. Such people can plan their own route differently, and the extensive metro network allows this," - says Nicky Leadbetter.

It should be reminded, that in the near future, passengers of the London underground can use mobile phones even during a trip. Already, many metro stations have access to the mobile Internet, but generally there in no signal in the tunnels.
