A new trend - frozen cocktails can now be tried in London throughout the summer. One of the most popular New York cocktails, Frose, appeared in two Ben's Canteen restaurants in South London (Earlsfield and Clapham Junction). Frozen cocktails are served together with mushy ice. In the final version, the cocktail resembles melting snow.
The cult cocktail Frose combines pink wine, strawberry puree, lemon juice, sugar syrup, cranberry juice and sweet vermouth, all mixed together in a slush cooking machine. This summer cocktail will definitely not leave anyone indifferent. But it is not all what Ben's Canteen will surprise you with this summer!
