Magic Christmas markets in London

Christmas fairs bring great joy and create a feeling of a holiday. They are very bright and atmospheric. We offer you a list of the best holiday shopping areas in the capital, where you can find mulled wine, pies, carousels and even Santa Claus.

Christmess, Borough, will be opened on November 15th. Christmess is a place for adults. The action takes place in a parallel universe where Christmas is canceled, and Santa Claus hides a group of rebellious elves at the revolutionary headquarters, which is masked as the factory for the destruction of gifts. Representation is carried out in an abandoned warehouse, the top floor of which serves as a platform for Christmas parties. And below you can find a market that sells works of independent London designers.

Wintertime Festival, Greenwich, will be opened on December 1st. This Christmas market is not cheap: in the evening admission here for adults is £18. To justify the price, the organizers promise an ice show from professional skaters on the indoor skating rink, live music and street performances. But unfortunately, to meet Santa Claus or skate, you will have to pay extra. If you decide to buy tickets, here is the fair's website.

Southbank Winter Festival, will be opened on November 10th. This bright Christmas fair will be opened not far from London Eye one of the first. Street food vendors on Southbank street will add holiday ingredients (for example, processed cheese) to the menu, and in cozy wooden houses it will be possible to buy gifts and trinkets. This year there will be even a sauna, so you surely will get warm.

Leicester Square Christmas Market, will be opened on November 10th. In the heart of tourist London this Christmas market will appear. You can buy food and gifts in 24 outlets. Another promise is a large tent for Christmas concerts, cabaret and a show for children. Santa Claus himself will visit the holiday. Book tickets on the website.

Winter Wonderland London, Hyde Park, will be opened on November 17th. This excellent festive fair attracts residents of London and tourists from all over the world. There will be the world's largest portable slides (and seven other attractions), as well as an ice show from Cinderella and the circus Zippos. This year they also promise karaoke. Admission is free, but tickets for attraction are necessary. You can book them on the link.

Tate Modern Christmas Market, will be opened on November 17th. In this market there will be stunning wooden chalets, unique handmade gifts, German mulled wine and sausages, traditional Christmas treats, festive music and of course Santa Claus. It is a fair for the whole family. Details can be found on the website.

Winterville, Clapham Common, will be opened on November 23rd. Winterville this year will move from east London to the south. Visitors will be offered tasty food, a broadcasting of films from Backyard Cinema, a large open-air ice rink, a disco on rollers and a huge Ferris wheel to properly view all this sparkling and shining beauty.

Christmas by the River, Bankside, will be opened on November 30th. No need to go to Germany, because on the banks of the Thames there will be no less fun. This Christmas market represents 68 outlets in which everything in the world is sold. A great place to cheer yourself up, admire the views of Tower Bridge, drink mulled wine and buy gifts for loved ones and relatives.
