Poutine-pop-up will be opened in London

Do you like crispy fries and spicy sauces? Of course, you do. And if you add to them some delicious cheese as well, you will get a Canadian dish poutine (poutine - stress the second syllable). The taste is as good as it sounds. If you are interested in a fresh interpretation of your favorite food, come to the pop-up Air Canada Poutinerie in Shoreditch on November 3rd, Friday.

As you already guessed, everything organizes Air Canada, and the star of the show will be delicious potato dish. You will find a wide choice of dishes, including Montreal's The French (mix of French fries, duck meat, burgundy cheese and mushrooms) and Buenos Aires Chimichurri (potato chips, grilled cheese and chimichurri sauce).

In total, visitors will be offered ten dishes, which will show the directions of airlines #CoolNotCold. Those who wish can purchase Air Canada tickets, and all the money will be transferred to the Great Ormond Street Hospital. In poutine-pop-up it will be possible to try tasty food, do a good deed and take part in the drawing of a free flight.

Poutine-pop-up will work on November 3rd-11th from 12.00 to 16.00 and from 17.00 to 22.30 at 52-56 Kingsland Rd, E2 8DP
