The most cozy glass igloos in London

Forget about frozen hands, red noses and futile attempts to keep warm. Cold weather can be enjoyable, and it is better to enjoy it in a cozy crystal igloo with a cup of hot chocolate. Unusual winter terraces appeared in London last winter thanks to the fantasy of Coppa Club. And this year the transparent domes will appear not only on the banks of the Thames. In our review, the coziest igloos of London are presented, having visited which you will understand: winter can be a very pleasant time of the year.

Coppa Club. The restaurant overlooking the Tower Bridge is very popular in Instagram, and this is not surprising. It was exactly here where the first igloos in London appeared last winter. Now they are again open and ready to receive guests from morning till night. A company of eight people can feel absolutely comfortable under one dome. If you are less than six, you will have to sit down with the other guests. All Coppa Club igloos is already reserved until January 2018, but you can still book it for February. By the way, you can make a reservation for a terrace only for 2 hours, but this is enough to feel its atmosphere. And if you want to take a look there without an appointment, several houses are always free. Inside you will find comfortable sofas, rugs and a beautiful view of London. What else do you need for a good evening?

Works: until March 30th. Address: Coppa Club, 3 Three Quays Walk, Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6AH

Social Fun & Games Club. We are moving to East London. Here on the roof of the shopping and entertainment center overlooking the Olympic Park there are some more transparent igloos. Having hidden in one of them from the cold and bad weather, you can enjoy Swiss raclette, meat snacks and French fries, flavored with French truffel, parmesan and rosemary. The igloo can be booked for an hour and a half in advance, which will cost you £40. This amount includes mulled wine for the whole company. But you need to make an order at least at amount of £40 more. And what if you do not want to leave the house after one and a half hour? There is a thematic bar nearby, which, perhaps, will seduce you with a cocktail.

Works: November 2nd - December 23rd. Address: Sliders Curling Club | Roof East, Stratford Shopping Center, Level 8, E15 1XE

Winterland London. If this winter you want to visit the enchanted forest, warm igloos is a great option. Do not want to feel isolated from general fun? Then comfortable armchairs and banquet tables await you from the outside. As soon as you get hungry, you can order burgers or fondue. There is a wide range of drinks. By the way, on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, you can come here with your alcohol.

Works: November 9th - January 31st. Address: Neverland London, Albert Wharf, Fulham, SW6 2TY

Jimmy`s Lodge on the river. This is the most chic option of all. For those who love luxury, Jimmy's Lodge offers to visit their branded igloos. Guests are welcomed with canapés and various snacks like pate of quarry or smoked goat cheese. The main dish of the restaurant is fondue, and for dessert you will be offered spicy creme brulee. The igloos opens in the evening and are ready to receive companies from six to ten people (smaller groups will be asked to sit in the restaurant). The minimum order is £600, and this amount includes a stunning view of the Thames.

Works: November 10th - December 31st. Address: Southbank Center, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 8XX
