In short, the latter is a festive version of the traditional Mexican alcoholic beverage, the necessary element of which is the suspension of a raw chicken or turkey brisket inside the distiller to give the drink extra taste.
Inspired by the idea of Mexicans, the London company Portobello Road Gin decided to create a Christmas version of its own gin, using the same technique de pechuga.
