'Highlight of my career!' says royal door officer accused of looking a bit miserable

The Met Officer given the task of standing guard as William and Kate gave the world a first glimpse of the new royal baby says it was career highlight - despite some thinking he looked a bit miserable.

PC Tyler O'Hare stood stony-faced outside the Lindo Wing in west London in front of the world's media -writes itv.com

But even though he didn't show it, the Met officer was enjoying every minute.

PC Said O'Hare said looking serious was simply part of the job, adding: "It was so amazing! Once in a life time!"
