Live and dead mice: why you should forget about Franco Pizza right now

Dead and live rodents, as well as the mass of scat – that was what the inspectors found in the kitchen of the pizzeria. The inspectors were horrified when they got to the kitchen of the Franco Pizza restaurant. In the institution they cooked dishes in absolutely unsanitary conditions: except for dead rodents, the inspectors saw live mice that ran straight around the dirty kitchen floor, and the dishes and equipment were covered with scat, all this, as well as rotten food and garbage mountains were found in the kitchen of Franco Pizza, on Hoe Street, Walthamstow.

The institution was immediately shut down after the conclusion of the court. Nevertheless, the owners of Franco Pizza were allowed to reopen the doors for visitors if they could improve the situation. A spokesman for the council said: "our inspectors in the course of their checking revealed a lot of terrifying moments in the kitchen of Franco Pizza, this was one of the worst checks, the vast majority of owners of the restaurant business are conscientious and keep cleanliness and order in their premises, we want to inform everyone who finds it acceptable to keep the kitchen in such condition that we will find everyone and will do our best to protect health of our residents".
